This project involves the installation of new bi-directional computerized Traffic Control Systems (TCS) along 2 miles of the Union Pacific rail line. Three control points will be installed at Taylor Street, Ogden Avenue, and 16th Street to enable simultaneous movements between the Union Pacific, CSX, and Norfolk Southern main lines.

2IM Group is developing plans and profile sheets for 15 bridge locations for structural improvements as well as creating previous phasing profiles for each bridge location. Proposed profiles are being developed for the east and west phasings by utilizing InRoads.
