
Billing Coordinator
2IM Group is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time position that includes our benefits package (health care, vision, dental, health savings account, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.).
Job Description:
A Billing Coordinator is responsible for invoice management, accounts receivable, record keeping, client communication, supporting Project Managers with budget reports and project financial performance.
Key Duties:

Prepare monthly invoice tracking, weekly budget/hours tracking for some projects

Set up and maintain projects in the Deltek/Ajera accounting system

Coordinate with and assist Project Managers on financial matters related to assigned projects

Understands job costing accounting and Work-in-Progress

Accounts receivable billing and collections

Perform and support other related administrative responsibilities as required
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience, is required

Additional accounts receivable experience with a professional services organization is a plus

Analytical skills to understand and analyze financial data and be able to identify trends and spot potential problems

Experience in transportation or public agency billing is a plus

Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required

Knowledge of Deltek/Ajera Accounting Software is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to communicate with clients, managers, and vendors

Attention to detail to double-check their work and catch errors before submittal

Organization to keep track of many tasks and deadlines at one time

Organizational skills to ensure records and reports are accurate
