Facility/Building Management
JOB DESCRIPTION:
2IM Group is looking for a Facility/Building Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include managing various IDOT Rest Areas, Weight Stations, This position requires a valid Driver's License to be able to drive to different job sites throughout the day as well as a flexible schedule to be able to report to a site when required (after hours, holidays, weekends, etc.).
This is a full-time position with benefits (3 weeks of PTO, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, HSA, 401k, LTD, STD, LF).
SOME TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive Proposals, Quotes, and Invoices for Various types of repairs and projects
Set up Meetings with Contractors and Vendors
Open/Shut Down Rest Area facility
Check on cleaning crews daily
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, Plumbing, and various issues for repair
Communicate with scales enforcement officers, State Police, Fire, EMS, and IDOT control for issues related to the sites responsible for managing
Create incident reports for any injuries, police interactions, etc.
Create reports for projects that need to be completed
Open doors at rest areas and scales for contractors/visitors
Perform inspections of rest areas once a month
Check cleanliness of the rest areas
Contractor supervision
Take photos and document project progress
Maintain schedules and verify timecards for cleaning crews
Manage vending and tourism documentation at rest areas
Manage rest areas' snow and ice
Manage safety of the public and rest area staff
