This project included the rehabilitation of a brownfield in the Pilsen Neighborhood of Chicago. The area was originally a BNSF rail yard.

2IM Group worked with the City of Chicago Department of Water Management to determine the quantity and rate control volumes and coordinated with utility companies for services including gas, water, and sewerage.

2IM Group secured permits with the Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM) for the landside development.

2IM Group met the City of Chicago Stormwater Management rate control volume criteria by using permeable pavers and a porous sub-base. The total required volume was 9,000 cubic feet, which was stored within the parking lot area.
